Elite Lab Consulting offers part-time Lab Director, Pathologists, Medical Directors for nationwide consulting roles. Established waived and moderately complex Physician Office Laboratories (POLs) require a Medical Director who meets CLIA qualifications to oversee highly complex testing.

Director Qualifications for Highly Complex Testing

Licensed MD/DO with certification in anatomic or clinical pathology,
OR -
One year of laboratory training during medical residency,
OR - Two years of experience supervising or directing high-complexity testing.

Doctoral Degree in Laboratory Science with Board Certification
OR - Served as a Lab Director before February 24, 2003, with two years of lab training or experience in high-complexity testing and two years of experience supervising or directing such testing.
